Rules and Regulations

Here at EdiStar Edisto Beach, we are very laid back. But there are a few rules and regulations every guest must follow to ensure not only their stay, but the stay of others, is as peaceful, quaint, and magical as they would expect.

• There is currently a 60 day cancellation policy

  • 50% if cancelled 1 month before​

  • 1/2 payment due at your initial booking

  • 1/2 payment due 30 days prior to your stay

• Events are allowed

  • maximum of 20 attendees​

• Pets are allowed, no cats

• Pet deposit is $50/night ($350/week)

• Cleaning fee $150

• Minimum age to rent is 30

• Check in after 4:00pm Sunday

• Check out before 10:00am Sunday

• NO Smoking
